I'm a scenic designer based in Portland, OR. My work is centered in creating space, onstage and beyond, that reflects the immersive qualities of storytelling and collaboration. I believe a scenic designer’s work cannot stand on its own - it is through the activation of all a project’s contributors that an audience can be touched by design. For this reason, I am most interested in producing environments that are undefined by expectations or norms, and rather are brought to life by the contribution of the artist and viewer alike.

 

I share my love for theatre with my love for the arts, and am an active painter and printmaker. I pride myself in existing as a storyteller, artist, and creative, and it is with this holistic mindset that I approach my work, and any project I take on.
